### Frequently Answered Questions

 Can I bring pets, and are there limits or fees?

Yes — Basswood welcomes pets in designated pet-friendly sites or lodging units. A maximum of **two pets per campsite or cabin** is allowed. Pets must stay on a visible leash when outside, owners must pick up after them, and nuisance barking dogs may be asked to leave. For pet-friendly cabins there is a **$25 cleaning fee per stay** (waived for documented service animals). **Please note that pets are not allowed at the Basswood Lodge.**

 May I use my own golf cart for an extended stay?

Long-term guests staying **30 days or more** may bring a personal **battery-powered (no gas) golf cart**. Proof of insurance is required and you’ll need to register the cart at the park office; only licensed drivers 18 + may operate it inside the resort.

 Are linens provided in the 8-person cabins rented by the month?

No. Linens are **not provided**. You may either bring your own or rent a linen package from the resort (rentals start at **$15**).

 What deposit and payment methods are required to lock in a monthly RV site?

100% of the first month’s amount is due at the time of reservation.

 What are the resort’s quiet-hours for long-term guests?

Quiet hours run **10:00 PM – 8:00 AM** daily. During this time all common areas (playground, sports courts, bounce pillow, etc.) are closed and any loud or rowdy behavior is not permitted.
