Before You Arrive, Quick Checklist
Arrival Timing:
- See check-in/check-out times in the FAQ; after-hours arrivals follow posted instructions. Check-in 2:00 pm; check-out 12:00 pm.
Wi-Fi & Work Needs:
- Free Wi-Fi is park-wide; ask about a dedicated cable-modem upgrade if you need more bandwidth.
Packing:
- Firewood rules, grilling tools, swimwear, towels/linens for cabins (if not renting), fishing gear.
Pets:
- Review the pet policy (pet-friendly sites and select cabins; pets are not allowed in Country Suites).
Quiet Hours:
- 10:00 pm–8:00 am; lakes and certain amenities close at dusk; the pool closes at the posted time.
Local Plans:
- If you’re exploring Kansas City, consider the wine/beer/distillery/cider tours nearby (Jowler Creek, Pirtle, Riverwood, TerraVox, Holladay, Weston Wine Company).
